Gene Taylor’s Gal, Nancy Pelosi Says Folks Are Carrying Swastikas To Townhall Meetings

As a member of Congress that voted for Nancy Pelosi to be Speaker of the House (she’s now 3rd in line to be our President), Gene Taylor should be asked why he supports such a far-left liberal to lead Congress.

She says that the average folks like you and I that are going to these townhall meetings and voicing our concerns about the government takeover of health care, are simply “astro turf”. Then she says we’re toting swastikas and other such hateful symbols into the townhall meetings with us.

I have news for Nancy Pelosi, Gene Taylor, and all the other BIG GOVERNMENT Democrats, I was at the townhall meeting in Waynesboro, Ms last Monday evening and I didn’t see any swastikas or anything like that.

This is just a way for the liberal media and the liberal politicians to ridicule you until you give up. It’s in their playbook. It means we’re winning the fight!

What I saw was a bunch of people that would rather be at home with their families getting ready for work the next day. But because we’ve been completely shut out of any discussion on the issue, and because Gene Taylor REFUSES to give us a clear answer on his support for socialized health care (so long as “WE” can “PAY” for it), we’ve reached the point where we want our voice to be heard.

Good for you if you stood up and let your opinions be heard!

  1. At this point and time I could care less what they think of me! I readily admit that I am an Extremist and a Radical! Yes, I am extremely radical about preserving and protecting our Liberty and Freedom in this country! The price for Freedom always has been and always will be Eternal Vigilance! Let’s keep up the fight and continue to let them know that we have had enough! This is Our Country and By-God we are going to take it back! Come what may!

  2. Ditto TOTSOC and thanks Lavelle for some truth in a biased media world.

  3. I’m no Nancy fan but she’s right – they are. I don’t agree with any references to Nazis or Hitler – my great aunt was killed during WWII by Nazi soldiers. Please stop using descriptions like this – they are hurtful. We should be able to show our frustration in another way. Using Hitler just really turns people off and offends many.

  4. There was a person with a sign with a nazi uniform superimposed on Nancy Pelosi at the Town Hall Meeting in Moss Point. This really does nothing but marginalize those who wish to express their discontent with our government. These nazi sign carring folks are not helping anyone but themselves—themselves by venting their rage in a self-delusional manner they feel makes them look good but in reality hurts everyone who is lumped into their nuthouse category. I find it hard to believe I am the only one who has seen pictures of these folks on the internet, TV and at the Town Hall meeting I attended. Your silence and this post only makes you look like this type of activity is acceptable. It is not to me but it is tolerable in the sence I respect others right to free speech.

  5. Thanks for the comment Steve. I saw the poster at the Moss Point townhall as well. The guy said that his poster depicting Pelosi as a Nazi was in response to her comments and the Democrat’s Nazi-like power grab.

I encourage free speech from all sides of the political spectrum. Such a principled position against worse depictions of those in the Bush administration and conservative-minded Americans would have been welcome as well.
