Beau Gex, a representative in Taylor’s Biloxi office, said the event (next town hall) will be an “open forum” for the community.

Taylor cut his meetings with the public in half. Perhaps because he has been making a fool of himself as of late. He is rude and cannot answer the questions. It is not an open forum. He cannot answer questions. He is uninformed which demonstrates laziness or stupidity or both.
