Arrogant Gene Taylor On The Constitution: I Have The Power To Make All Laws

The real Gene Taylor comes out when he is confronted with the truth or someone questions his judgment. He’s a very arrogant man as witnessed by the 200+ citizens that attended OUR townhall meeting in Waynesboro, Ms Monday evening.

One gentleman asked where in Article 1, Section 8 of the US Constitution does Congress have the right to shove some of this recent legislation down our throat. Here’s Gene Taylor’s arrogant response.

  1. “To make all laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into execution the foregoing powers, and all other powers vested by this Constitution in the government of the United States, or in any department or officer thereof.”

They have the ability to make laws pertaining to the issues granted them in the constitution… the rest is left up to the states… or used to be.
