One gentleman asked where in Article 1, Section 8 of the US Constitution does Congress have the right to shove some of this recent legislation down our throat. Here’s Gene Taylor’s arrogant response.

They have the ability to make laws pertaining to the issues granted them in the constitution… the rest is left up to the states… or used to be.
